To minimize postpartum hair loss: Avoid tight hairstyles, harsh brushing, or heat styling. Your scalp is recovering—treat it with love.
Look for shampoos free from parabens & sulfates. Coal tar or caffeine shampoos work well for postpartum shedding.
Drink plenty of water and take small naps whenever you can. Stress often worsens postpartum hair loss. the more relaxed you are the better!
Mix: – 2 tbsp yogurt – 1 tbsp coconut oil – 1 egg
Apply for 30 mins once a week. Shine & strength, naturally!
